Imperative Execution is actually not a website dedicated solely to stock trading bots or AI tools. It's a broader financial technology company with a primary focus on operating an alternative trading system (ATS) called IntelligentCross. While IntelligentCross uses AI to improve trade execution quality, it's not the main functionality offered by Imperative Execution.

• IntelligentCross ATS: This is their core offering, an ATS used by institutional investors for executing stock trades. It utilizes AI algorithms to optimize price discovery and minimize market impact, aiming to provide better execution quality than traditional exchanges.
• Focus on institutional investors: Imperative Execution primarily caters to hedge funds, investment banks, and other institutional investors, not individual traders.
• Technology and infrastructure: They provide high-frequency trading technology and infrastructure solutions along with their ATS, focusing on low latency and efficient trade execution.
• Research and development: Imperative Execution is actively involved in research and development related to financial technology and algorithmic trading, exploring new ways to improve market efficiency and execution quality.

Here, the base rate charged in ASPEN Fee/Fee and Midpoint is $0.0008 per share for each side of a transaction. However, subscribers can pay lower fees through a “Total Composite Volume Incentive”, which is based on the total market volume in all NMS Stocks reported to the consolidated tape and an “Active Order Incentive”, which is based on a per symbol basis and the percent that is marketable. Also, the fee schedule for subscribers is published in the IntelligentCross Form ATS-N.
